Description

Prestigious law firm looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to provide high-quality support to their lawyers, partners, and support staff across the business.
The Role:
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries. You’ll play a key role in ensuring issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and with minimal disruption especially when dealing with time-sensitive matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff across the firm, including Partners and legal teams
Log, manage and resolve incidents and service requests via the firm’s ticketing system
Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and network access
Provide support for Microsoft 365 and Windows 11
Assist with user account management (Active Directory/365)
Maintain a high level of customer service and confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365
Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, remote access technologies (eg VPN, Citrix)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Calm, professional, and solutions-focused, especially under pressure
A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
Ability to support users at all levels, including senior stakeholders and partners
