Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and innovative product team working on a leading SaaS platform. The company has established itself as a key player in its sector and is now looking for an experienced UX Designer to lead end-to-end initiatives on a high-impact ‘Tech For Good’ product.

Things to Consider:
The role is based near Woking and is hybrid working, 3-4 days work from home.
Experience working in a highly regulated environments or working with personal data is desirable.
A portfolio is required alongside applications.
Requirements:
Strong UX / UI design & Product Design experience within a SaaS environment
Skilled in user research - planning, conducting, and turning insights into action (Prototyping and Mapping user journeys).
Proficient in Figma, from low-fi wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
Experience designing for diverse users, including those with low digital skills or accessibility needs
Ability to demonstrate solving design problems and working full life cycle
Comfortable in agile, cross-functional teams delivering user-focused solutions
