Robert Half has partnered exclusively with a not-for-profit organisation near Central Oxford to recruit an ERP Suppport Analyst on a permanent basis, paying up to £42,000 with hybrid working (2 days a week in the office). This is a great opportunity to support a meaningful business who are going through an exciting digital transformation journey.
The Role
Support the Technology team in implementing a new ERP system
Triage and troubleshoot ERP user queries
Conduct bug fixes
Continuous improvement of system processes
Documentation
Requirement gather
Manage 3rd party relationships
About You
Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems
Proven experience in application support (SQL Server etc)
Ability to liaise with stakeholders efficiently
Partner with business to help business adopt the use of their ERP system
