Description
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in Quality Assurance and testing, with a strong focus on SAP applications.
Demonstrable experience specifically with SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as:
Employee Central (EC)
Recruiting (RCM)
Onboarding (ONB)
Performance & Goals (PM/GM)
Learning Management System (LMS)
Compensation (COMP)
Succession & Development (SCD)
Solid understanding of HR business processes and how they are supported by SAP SuccessFactors
Develop comprehensive test cases based on requirements.
Design and execute various types of testing, including functional, regression & integration testing.
Execute test cases, record results, and document defects accurately and thoroughly.
Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Previous experience of automation using TOSCA
A minimum of Level 2 certification in TOSCA
