Description
We’re seeking an experienced Finance Consultant with deep NetSuite implementation expertise to support our client’s ongoing finance transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and controlling, combined with hands-on experience delivering multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementations from initial scoping and design through to go-live and post-implementation support.
You’ll bridge the gap between finance and technology, ensuring the NetSuite platform truly meets business needs and drives efficiency across all key finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the finance lead for the NetSuite implementation and optimization projects
Translate business requirements into functional NetSuite solutions across core finance areas
Collaborate with IT, finance, and project teams to design and configure financial modules
Oversee process mapping, testing, data migration, and user training
Evaluate and improve existing finance processes including:
Order to Cash (O2C)
Procure to Pay (P2P)
Acquire to Retire (A2R)
Integrate and align NetSuite with third-party tools such as Medius (invoice management) and Cobase (cash management)
Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and best practice guidance
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
Required Experience
Proven experience leading or supporting multiple full-cycle NetSuite implementations
Strong understanding of core financial processes and accounting principles
Experience working closely with finance and IT stakeholders in transformation projects
Knowledge of A2R, O2C, and P2P process design and improvement
Experience integrating or working with Medius and Cobase is highly desirable
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English (German or another European language is a plus)
Ideal Background
Qualified accountant (eg, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent practical experience
Prior consulting experience (Big 4, ERP consultancy, or independent contractor)
Comfortable working in dynamic, project-driven environments
