Description
IT Support / Deployment Engineer - Contract - 6 Months - 150 Per Day
I’m currently recruiting for an IT Support / Deployment Engineer to support a new client. In this role, you’ll be working to ensure the compliant, efficient, and smooth rollout and installation of new IT equipment across multiple sites, with a focus on minimal disruption to standard business operations. You will also manage the safe decommissioning of legacy hardware and contribute to accurate asset management.
Location: Near Warrington (Requires travel to other sites) onsite working.
Rate: 150 per day
Length: 6 Months initial
Start Date: 10th Nov
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT hardware deployment or desktop support within a large organisation.
Strong technical understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work in sensitive clinical environments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider deployment team across multiple sites.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between locations as required.
Key Responsibilities will include imaging, configuring, and testing new devices; safely decommissioning old hardware; and maintaining accurate asset tracking.
