Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead - Compensation & Benefits
Location: Leeds (2 days per week on-site)
Rate: £600/day (Inside IR35)

Salt is partnered with a leading consultancy delivering a major Public Sector transformation programme in Leeds. We’re seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead (Compensation & Benefits) to drive end-to-end delivery across Payroll, Pension, and Absence modules on a long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits.
Act as a subject matter expert for UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
Partner with business and technical teams to define and deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
Ensure alignment with programme objectives, timelines, and public sector standards.
Mentor junior consultants and provide quality assurance across functional workstreams.
Essential Experience:
12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, including extensive work within Cloud Compensation & Benefits modules.
Proven expertise across UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
Successful delivery of 2-3 full Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
