Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices, leverage metrics (DORA, throughput, cycle time) for performance understanding, and identify improvements across People, Process, Technology, and Culture.
Technical Oversight & Support: Oversee the long-term support and enhancement of technology within your value stream, diving into UX reviews, testing, architecture, code reviews, and user story creation when needed.
Budget Management: Manage both Run (Opex) and Change (Capex) budgets for your sub-stream.
What do we need from you?
Proven Agile Delivery: A strong track record of successful Agile delivery, with practical experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Mobile App Delivery: Specific, demonstrable experience in mobile app delivery within the software development lifecycle.
Delivery Enhancements: Knowledge and experience with techniques that complement agility, such as Dev(Sec)Ops, Systems thinking, Queuing theory, and Theory of Constraints.
Tooling Mastery: Expertise in managing products and backlogs using Jira and Confluence, making work visible and identifying progress patterns.
Exceptional Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, coaching, and mentoring abilities, with a relentless focus on customer and delivery.
