We are looking for someone who has a high attention to detail and is enthusiastic about the business impact of technology and systems. This role is an opportunity to learn and grow both technically and functionally within an innovative and growing SME.

Assist with environment updates and planned maintenance activities
Ensure data integrity and security within the D365 F&O environment
Integration and Data Management:
Work on internal data integration projects when needed

System Enhancement and Business Support:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical and functional guidance
Communicate effectively with team members, our external partners, and our end-users to drive business efficiency and agility
Participate in workshops and meetings related to D365 F&O system improvement initiatives
Documentation and Training:
Document business processes related to the D365 F&O system; manage and maintain knowledge base articles for business support
Design and implement training plans to address persistent problems
Help provide training to end-users on system features and best practices
Support our business SMEs in their efforts to leverage our ERP system
