About Us and Our Mission
We are Circadacare, a health tech startup dedicated to empowering independence for individuals living with aging-related conditions and dementia. Our solution, Heleos, combines innovative circadian lighting technology with an advanced AI monitoring platform to enhance wellness and enable older people to live independently for longer. We’re looking for a passionate developer who aligns with our mission to transform the aging and dementia health tech landscape.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will work across our entire technology stack, from frontend to backend, contributing to the development and maintenance of our web and mobile applications as we work to revolutionize aging and dementia care.
Key Responsibilities
Development and maintenance of web and mobile applications using our full technology stack
Implementation of responsive frontend components and efficient state management
Creation of robust backend services and API endpoints
Database management and caching implementation
Cloud infrastructure deployment and management
Collaborative work with cross-functional teams and participation in technical discussions
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of professional software development experience
Frontend expertise with TypeScript, React, Material UI, and Redux
Backend proficiency with Node.js, Express, and REST API development
Database knowledge including Firestore and Redis
Cloud infrastructure experience with Google Cloud Platform and Terraform
Understanding of authentication systems and monorepo architecture
Desirable Skills & Experience
Cross-platform mobile development experience
DevOps knowledge including CI/CD pipelines
Serverless architecture and performance optimisation expertise
Open-source contributions
