Role Profile
As a Service Delivery Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring our colleagues and clients have the best possible technology experience. Working alongside the Service Management team, you will help deliver premium technology services and experiences. You’ll be part of a customer-focused, data-driven team that enables the Two Circles team to build a better future for the sports industry.
Responsibilities
Work with Service Managers to gather and analyse service data, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Produce weekly and monthly service reports using Power BI.
Collaborate with technical teams to create and maintain a central knowledge repository for technology.
Ensure Post Incident Review Tasks and Problem Tickets are regularly reviewed and progressed in partnership with Service Managers.
Assist Service Managers in coordinating stakeholder service meetings.
Support Technology Operations Leadership with integration and business change projects.
Requirements
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and interpret data into actionable insights.
A keen desire to learn and improve continuously.
Demonstrable knowledge of technology environments or an equivalent higher education qualification.
Experience in producing and maintaining high-quality documentation.
Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
A team player focused on contributing to collective goals.
Desirable Experience
Familiarity with ITSM Framework (ITIL).
Experience with Power BI and JIRA.
