Description
Hybrid requirements: This role has flexible working patterns.
We are seeking an API Operations Support & Implementation Lead to support API operations and client implementations for our Open Banking solutions. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, maintaining client registrations, conducting API testing, and collaborating with engineering teams. You will also act as the lead for implementing Confirmation of Payee (CoP) and Verification of Payee (VoP) products, working directly with clients to ensure smooth integration.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose technical issues raised by internal teams and clients, escalating when necessary.
Maintain Dynamic Client Registrations (DCR) and troubleshoot integration issues.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman and validate data integrity.
Support product testing and automation efforts.
Lead implementation of CoP and VoP products for new clients.
Present implementation guides and assist with integration support.
Collaborate with platform teams for sandbox and live deployments.
Develop FAQs and troubleshooting documentation for clients.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in API management or operations.
Hands-on experience with API development, testing, and troubleshooting.
Background in fintech, SaaS, or payments industries.
Familiarity with OpenID, mTLS, and FAPI security protocols is desirable.
Strong client-facing and technical support skills.
Proficiency with Postman, JIRA, and Elastic.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
