We have an exciting road ahead of us, so we need amazing people to help us get there. That’s where you come in!
What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Data Product Manager to join our Data Engineering Tech Crew, reporting directly to the Principal Product Manager for the Customer Relationships Focus Area. Working closely with a Senior Engineer and Agile Delivery Lead, you’ll lead the delivery and evolution of data products that empower teams in Digital Marketing, Website, Insight & Analytics, and Personalisation.
Your role will involve owning stakeholder relationships and diving deep into the “why” behind their needs, translating these into an actionable backlog. Your cross-functional team will have the autonomy to design and implement technical solutions that align with business goals and deliver value iteratively.
This role offers the chance to immerse yourself in the fast-moving world of Marketing Technology, harnessing data to drive analytics, decision-making, and personalised activations. You’ll also be a champion for the role of data across marketing technologies, helping to inspire stakeholders and engineers alike.
Key Responsibilities
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across our channels, including Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Website teams, to understand their needs and align data product strategies accordingly.
• Backlog Ownership: Manage and prioritise a product backlog that translates stakeholder needs into actionable work for the engineering team.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineers, delivery leads, and other team members to deliver technically sound and timely solutions.
• Evangelism: Advocate for the value of data-driven decision-making within the organisation, demonstrating how data products can enhance marketing strategies and customer experiences.

• Continuous Improvement: Use data and stakeholder feedback to evolve and improve existing products.
What we’ll look for in you
The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Marketing and Customer Relationships and a solid foundation in Product Management. You should be a self-starter with strong communication skills, ready to bridge the gap between stakeholder needs and technical implementation.
You’ll thrive in a hybrid working environment, balancing remote flexibility with in-office collaboration when needed.
