A can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership, capable of independently solving complex problems
Exceptional communication skills, with experience creating clear, well-structured narratives to influence stakeholders at all levels
A pragmatic approach to experimentation, with the ability to quickly iterate, test new ideas, and validate hypotheses to drive continuous improvement and impact key performance metrics
