As a Digital Business Analyst Specialist within the Billing and Accounts tribe, you will have the exciting opportunity to be involved in the Digital services provided to our EE customers to access and control their accounts, subscriptions and plans with us. This role involves the shaping of the design, and contributing to our vision and strategy for EE, aligning with customer needs and market trends.
Your responsibilities will include delivering quality digital features and solutions for our customers. You will do this by providing functional and technical design capability within the Billing & Account tribe. Working to ensure that the solutions maximise the full Digital estate available to our customers.
The immediate assignment
Be part of the transformation of our digital experiences. You’ll be working with the Product Manager to design and deliver new functionality for our customers. You’ll operate at squad level, working alongside a cross functional team of colleagues, delivering world class products. You’ll influence the experience of millions of customers.
You’ll have the following responsibilities
Work with the Product Manager, Scrum team (developers, QAs, conversational designers, Scrum Master) to define and validate detailed requirements and process / experience mapping in order to facilitate effective development solutions
Drive the creation of solutions across work streams and technology functions to fulfil the overall objectives of the tribe
Work with both business and Digital stakeholders across various areas to feed into the solution design
Own the identification, planning, co-ordination and conducting of business analysis activities within a multi-disciplined team in all development cycle stages used within Digital to ensure customer experience, technical, financial and quality targets are met
Responsible for ensuring traceability is in place, showing that the customer’s needs are met by the given solution
Own the requirements gathering to ensure they meet customer needs whilst fitting within the Digital landscape

Due to the nature of this assignment, we are looking for demonstrated prior experience of:
Experience of designing customer focused digital services such as web, mobile, Omni-Service and eBusiness
Stakeholder management in a large, complex organisation
Problem solving and analytical thinking
Experience of Agile (or agile / waterfall hybrid) development practices and techniques
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Good planning and time-management skills
