Description
Hybrid requirements: This role has flexible working patterns.
The successful Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Engineers and business stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the team is delivering the right outcomes for Dunelm and its customers.
Building strong relationships is key as you will help the business understand concerns, dependencies as well as potential blockers and conflicts. In capturing this information in robust requirements, you will help enable a smooth delivery pipeline.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Effectively collaborate with customers, stakeholders, business functions and where appropriate, third-party partners to elicit business requirements.
• Produce high quality analysis to facilitate understanding and context representing key use case scenarios appropriate to the need identified.
• Document clear and concise requirements with acceptance criteria (using BDD format is a real advantage) to support the delivery of process automation across the business.
• Understand and input into technical solution options in conjunction with the team.
• Participate in team ceremonies, facilitating where necessary.

You will know how to work with initiatives from ideation to delivery using a variety of tools and techniques that will produce high quality analysis and requirements and you won’t be afraid to share this information to help others grow.
Essential:
• Understanding and awareness of ServiceNow infrastructure and automation via UiPath
• Experience working to tight deadlines - at pace where necessary.
• Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Effective backlog management to ensure the team’s efforts are targeted at valuable features aligned with business objectives, avoid unnecessary work, and reduce waste.
• Building strong relationships and networks, with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills as we often work with multiple teams on different outcomes.
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing work priorities.
Desirable:
• Previous Agile experience is advantageous.
• Previous experience with implementing ServiceNow changes and automation via UiPath.
• Experience of working within a software team with focus on the systems that help scale and run our business.
