Description
Hybrid requirements: This role has flexible working patterns.
This is a functional role within the IT Product Teams for the business region of Field Service and Field Sales across our business information application systems.
Rentokil Initial has an IT strategy, in the main, of developing and deploying bespoke applications across the Prospect to Cash business processes.
The Group Information Systems (GIS) function is developing an exciting new generation suite of enterprise solutions utilising cloud architecture, mobile and AI.
The role will engage the business stakeholders to gather and deliver the business case benefits, define business functional (and Non Functional) requirements, organising appropriate user testing and supporting the deployment of the solution into the selected business units.
Main Purpose of role:
Helps to define and justify (in business terms) projects to develop/implement application projects providing new or changed processes.
Gathers, understand and documents the difference between the current and future business processes and User Stories.
Assists clients/users in defining acceptance tests and takes responsibility for their proper execution.
Assists the user community in provision of transition support and change delivery to realise required business benefits.
Requirements
Has achieved proficiency in the Task of Business analysis
Performs work activities covering technical, financial and quality aspects.
Has excellent interpersonal skills and is fully experienced at dealing with clients/users.
Possesses a broad understanding of business and business skills, and understands the significance of commercial constraints.
Probably educated to bachelor degree level or holds a relevant professional qualification.
Has a comprehensive knowledge of relevant development life-cycles, and the environment in which they operate. Understands the interdependencies of business processes and information systems.
Has achieved proficiency in the task of Requirements definition and management
Is experienced in communicating with clients at all levels, singly and in groups. Possesses an extensive knowledge of business and business Skills and understands the significance of commercial constraints.
