Description
Hybrid requirements: This role has flexible working patterns.
You will be working as part of the User Experience team helping shape the future of our flagship SaaS product.
Our ideal candidate is not only passionate about creating visually appealing and intuitive designs but is also excited about contributing to and working within a structured Design System framework.
Working closely with our UX/UI team, Product Managers, as well as multiple engineering squads, and other business stakeholders, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in Design Systems and Adobe XD.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with other designers to implement and adhere to our Design System guidelines.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of UI components, patterns, and style guides within the Design System.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of the Design System across various projects.
Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the Design System based on user feedback and industry best practices.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that align with the established Design System.
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
Not only will you be a key player in the Design System, but you also could manage and deliver design projects from end-to-end.
Requirements:
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, with a focus that ideally demonstrates utilisation of a design system.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and proficiency in Figma.
Eagerness to learn and ability to apply Design System principles to new and existing projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Experience in an environment where analysis, critical thinking, usability tests, and information architecture are commonplace. You will be expected to organise autonomously complex information and translate it into wireframes.
Bonus traits:

Experience working with version control systems for design files.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies.
Experience in Figma.
