If you’re passionate about crypto, DeFi and staking, have an opinion between decentralized exchanges and centralized exchanges, or are a weekend crypto trader, this role is for you.
The mission
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll work alongside an all-star team of engineers from France and the UK.
You’ll also work closely with the business teams to support project delivery and deliver on shared business goals
Partner Relationship Management
Understand partners and their technology
Be the link between our partners and our tech teams by developing foundational relationships
Actively participate and contribute to both internal and external team meetings and slack discussions
Support all phases of the sales cycle; pre-sale with the business manager and solution architect, project delivery with the engineering manager, and post-sale during the integration and run phases
Technical Relevance
Understand Ledger solutions, and technical capabilities (e.g. Wallet API, Exchange stack) and ability to explain them to partners
Providing and explaining documentation to partners
Define solution proposals
Ability to analyze their systems and APIs and help get our tech teams started
Facilitate setting up of test accounts, provide technical development support, and guide the partner through testing, validation, certification pre-launch activities and post-sales performance
Proactively identifies, monitors, and mitigates actual and potential blockers to consumption through data analysis and customer feedback
Help strengthen Ledger’s position in the exchange services space against competing wallets
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
Several years of prior experience as a pre-sales integration engineer, sales engineer, or technical consultant, preferably in Professional Services
Experience with APIs and web technologies (Javascript & HTML/CSS) Experience working with APIs, able to use, document and navigate them
Fluency in English
Excellent written and oral business communication and presentation skills
Fluency in French is a bonus
Good knowledge of the crypto ecosystem is a strong plus
