TripShift is seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. As a UX/UI Designer at TripShift, you will have the opportunity to design and create exceptional user experiences for our digital products and platforms. You will work closely with the product team to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Responsibilities
Work with Product, Tech and Sales/Marketing teams to understand product requirements and user needs.
Facilitate UX workshops and ongoing collaborations across teams, to developand refine user flows and journey maps of the entire user experience and identify potential pain points.
From the agreed flows, create comprehensive wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that encompass both 'happy’ and 'unhappy’ paths, to ensure a positive user experience in all scenarios.
Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and intuitive, ensuring pixel-perfect final designs.
Ensure designs align with the needs of B2B users, including enterprise-level platforms and mobile applications, by maintaining a strong understanding of B2B-focused products.
Work closely with tech team to ensure designs are implemented accurately andefficiently, providing design specifications and assets to support development.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and assets as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in user interface design, interaction design, and visual design
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Excellent communication and presentation skills
