The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, along with extensive experience in using Jira for project tracking, issue management, and agile as well as waterfall development. You should be a self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and track project progress using Jira, ensuring tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and issues are resolved
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and project plans
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project milestones and timelines
Monitor and report on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
Previous experience as a Project Manager in a software development or technology environment
Strong proficiency in Jira, including experience in creating and managing projects, boards, and workflows
Solid understanding but flexible approach of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
