We are looking for a Systems Developer to join our Business Systems team. In this role, you will work on the development, integration, and maintenance of our Odoo ERP system to support our growing business needs. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our business operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our strategic goals.
Requirements
• Evolve and develop our ERP platform (Odoo) and business systems to support business requirements.
• Work closely with our Technical Business Analyst and business stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into Odoo solutions.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Odoo and other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Perform Odoo migrations, module installations, and configurations to enhance system functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support and demos to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use Odoo.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations.
• Document system processes, customizations, and configurations.
Experiences and qualities that are essential:
• Real passion for systems engineering and ERP technologies.
• Ideally you’ll have experiences in Odoo development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming and Odoo framework.
• Experience with database management, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
