Job Purpose:
This role will be focused on ensuring the team can turn data into actionable insights.
You’ll ensure the organisation has access to the insights, reports and analysis needed to make excellent
decisions which help the organisation secure campaign victories.
Duties and key responsibilities:
● Lead the development of new data products when required. This will include working with the
team to understand internal needs, then working with the technical team to identify and deliver
solutions which are appropriate to the scale and capacity of the organisation. The initial focus of
this workstream will be on exploring if we need a data warehouse, and if we need additional
dashboard capabilities.
● To support the planning, creation and analysis of experiments by working closely with campaigns
colleagues to better achieve our internal goals (increased signups and conversions).
● Work effectively in collaboration with colleagues in Campaigns, Media Strategy and Digital
Marketing and Growth to drive insights into who our current supporters/audiences are and how
we diversify beyond our current reach.
