E.g. an updated programme/finishes schedule or drawing is issued ensure that all relevant personnel are informed (both internally and externally) Listen to the users and find solutions to ensure efficient working and use of HUB Identify/review scripts/codes that could be written to reduce laborious work across the business, increasing productivity and efficiency Have Monthly Meetings with Management to ensure pre-agreed goals are being worked towards and met. Make user friendly interfaces, focusing on ease of use from all levels Create client portals to develop the brand and enhance our reputation Develop the IT role and find ways to make it more integral Any other duties needed to ensure the full discharge of duties responsibly requested by your Manager.
