Role and Responsibilities: Take on board our current internal bespoke software (HUB) and to maintain its current functions Review users tickets and look to resolve any issues or user errors on HUB this will include reviewing existing code and updating the code (inc. testing prior to going live) Find ways to incorporate information from multiple departments in a simple, easy to review way. E.g. an updated programme/finishes schedule or drawing is issued ensure that all relevant personnel are informed (both internally and externally) Listen to the users and find solutions to ensure efficient working and use of HUB Identify/review scripts/codes that could be written to reduce laborious work across the business, increasing productivity and efficiency Have Monthly Meetings with Management to ensure pre-agreed goals are being worked towards and met.
