DescriptionaPrioris Manufacturing Process Modeling team plays a key role in developing and improving advanced manufacturing process models that generate actionable insights about profitability, manufacturability and sustainability. Research, design, and develop manufacturing process simulation models that deliver actionable insights for diverse use cases (e.g., design engineering, cost engineering, sourcing, quoting)
Identify and implement improvements to existing process models to enhance accuracy, maintainability, and performance
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure process model data and insights are effectively integrated into cloud-native applications
Contribute to an agile development team, delivering high-quality, reliable software in a predictable and iterative manner
Provide technical expertise and respond to inquiries from our customer-facing teams related to manufacturing process models
Mentor colleagues and support the professional growth of the team
Requirements
Ability to deconstruct manufacturing processes to identify key factors influencing manufacturability, cost, and environmental impact
Customer-focused mindset and enthusiasm for solving real-world manufacturing and engineering challenges
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency in writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code that follows established best practices
Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term technical quality on multi-month projects
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience
Demonstratable interest in scripting or software development
Track record of leading small technical teams, including providing design direction, reviews, and prioritization suppor

A strong level of expertise in creating prompts to guide LLMs and ensure desired agent behaviour.
Knowledgeable of current IT trends.
Proven track record of managing projects and changes, gathering requirements and working with stakeholders.
