About You Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (2:1 minimum).

5+ years’ experience in a relevant high-performance sector such as marine, aerospace, or motorsport.

Technical Skills

Strong experience designing precision-engineered components using CATIA or equivalent 3D CAD.

Proven ability to develop concepts from a blank sheet of paper.

Skilled in producing high-quality technical drawings for manufacture and assembly.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material selection.

Experience in analysis, prototyping, and testing.

Ability to apply first-principles engineering and perform relevant hand calculations.

CAE/FEA experience desirable.
