The Role: As the primary engineering authority, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team across NPI, process engineering, and tooling. You’ll be responsible for bridging the gap between customer specifications and operational execution, ensuring our build-to-print environment remains lean, efficient, and technologically advanced. About You: Having previously led engineering functions, you’ll have familiarity and be competent to showcase the following: \* Right-First-Time NPI: Seamless program launches that meet cost and timeline targets. \* Operational Impact: Direct improvements in yield, quality, and manufacturability through lean principles. \* Technical Partnership: Strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal senior leadership. \* Compliance: Maintaining gold-standard engineering documentation (ISO9001, AS9100).
