What we want from you?

Experience in food manufacturing

NVQ Level 3 or above in an Engineering subject relevant to FMCGs

Recognised qualification in electrical competence including 18th Edition

Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems

Holds a HACCP Level 2 qualification (preferred)

Knowledge of TPM either through leading projects or working in a TPM environment (preferred)

This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and safe production of Low Carbon Hydrogen, maintaining operational excellence, and developing comprehensive documentation for operational procedures. Strong knowledge of production/ process plant processes and equipment. Excellent technical writing skills for developing SOPs, Work Instructions, and other documentation. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must be willing adaptable to working within an energetic reactive team environment, ability to think outside of the box and work within a close team.
