We are looking to recruit a full-time Maintenance Engineer to join the Estates and Facilities team on a permanent contract. We are keen to recruit a Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical focus or one with a mechanical focus depending on experience and expertise. As such you will be responsible for providing electrical or mechanical planned and preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance (RM) on all plant systems and services. You will have completed a recognised electrical or mechanical apprenticeship or hold the equivalent qualifications. You will have experience of working in a complex building with responsibility for electrical or mechanical systems and using a BMS. You will possess a good working knowledge of engineering services and building maintenance and an understanding of HVAC systems. You will be a competent IT user and a team player who can also work independently with limited supervision. A salary at the higher end of the advertised scale will be offered to candidates with substantial experience.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing building services company for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their Maintenance team. The role covers both static and mobile contracts across the Cambridgeshire area.
Our client is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who can work confidently on their own initiative while also contributing effectively within a wider team. This varied role will see you travel a local regional patch and be responsible for installation, maintenance and servicing of industrial air compressor units and related equipment such as vacuum pumps, blowers, and dryers. There will be ongoing training given on all aspects to allow you to progress to a rounded Service Engineer, with the opportunity to move into a Senior role further down the line.
This role would suit a Service Engineer or similar, who wants to join an industry leader that will provide comprehensive onboarding and additional training to increase your skillset, the opportunity to progress and the ability to boost earnings with overtime.
