Essential Skills & Experience:
Good understanding of technology and change delivery using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Ability to manage an Agile delivery team using the core skills and techniques There is a blend of skills in terms of technical delivery, Agile (and to a lesser extent Lean) practices and the overall product delivery lifecycle that we use within the programme in terms of Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live.
The financial management across to the initial business case and when supplier/commercial management needs to take place.
Planning requires specialist skills in terms of defining the Agile approach and supporting this through the delivery of Scaled Agile (SAFe) that we utilise in the programme.
