From web based clinical noting to AI/ML there is a large variety of innovative projects working closely with class leaders such as Microsoft. The Trust currently employ over 9000 hospital and community-based staff and cover one of the largest geographic areas of any NHS organisation in England, providing care to over 500,000 people in North Tyneside and Northumberland.
